Cancellation Policy

JH Couture Policy Details Where elegance meets professionalism At JH Couture, we pride ourselves on offering a truly bespoke luxury experience. To ensure the highest level of service for every client, we kindly ask that you review the following policies before booking your appointment or placing a custom order. 1. Appointments & Bookings All consultations, styling sessions, and design services must be reserved through our official booking system. Availability is limited and scheduled by appointment only. Discovery Calls are complimentary and designed as an introduction. All other services require a deposit or full payment at time of booking. 2. Deposits & Payments Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to the final cost of your couture gown, jewelry piece, or beauty/fragrance order. Payment can be made securely via our online booking system or invoiced directly for private commissions. All final balances must be paid in full prior to delivery or collection of the finished product. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to reschedule a paid appointment. Cancellations made within 72 hours will forfeit the deposit. No-shows will result in the full service fee being charged and may affect future booking eligibility. 4. Custom Orders & Timeline Couture gowns, bespoke jewelry, beauty, and fragrance commissions are created exclusively for each client. Timelines vary depending on the scope of work. Bridal and couture gowns typically require 4–8 months from consultation to final fitting. Jewelry, beauty, and fragrance commissions may require 6–12 weeks. Clients will receive a written timeline at the time of booking. 5. Returns & Exchanges Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of our services and products, all sales are final. Adjustments and alterations are available as part of the couture process, but refunds or exchanges are not offered. 6. Confidentiality & Client Experience All consultations are private. JH Couture respects the confidentiality of client designs, commissions, and styling requests. Photography of gowns or designs during fittings is by approval only. We reserve the right to use professional imagery of finished designs for our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. 7. Intellectual Property All designs, sketches, product formulations, and branding remain the intellectual property of JH Couture and Essence Luxury Group Corporation.
