1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services offered by JH Couture Designs (“JH Couture,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing this website, placing an order, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

4. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

JH Couture provides:

Luxury jewelry
Jewelry and accessories
Custom, made-to-order, and bespoke designs
Design and styling services

All products are subject to availability.

Product Representation

We make commercially reasonable efforts to display products accurately; however, we do not guarantee exact color, texture, or fit due to variations in materials, craftsmanship, and digital displays.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Pricing may be modified at any time without prior notice.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders.

6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION

All orders are subject to acceptance by JH Couture.

We reserve the absolute right to:

Refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion
Limit quantities
Cancel orders due to suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or errors

If payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Custom, bespoke, and made-to-order items are governed by the following:

A non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required prior to production
All specifications must be approved before production begins
Once production has commenced, modifications may not be permitted
Production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

All custom and made-to-order sales are final and non-refundable.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
JH Couture is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or events beyond our control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

9. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of luxury and custom goods:

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order products
Personalized items
Worn, used, or altered items

Limited Returns:

Eligible items may be considered for return at our sole discretion if:

Requested within a reasonable timeframe after delivery
Returned in original, unused condition

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these criteria.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and materials, including but not limited to:

Designs
Concepts
Logos
Images
Text and branding

are the exclusive property of JH Couture and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

11. PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to:

Use the website or services for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the business without authorization

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

JH Couture shall not be liable for any:

Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service.

We expressly disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JH Couture, its owners, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the website or services
Your violation of these Terms
Your infringement of any third-party rights

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may rely on third-party providers (including payment processors and shipping carriers).

JH Couture is not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of such third parties.
